    Not sure if it was due to being my first Barry’s of the year, but this class was HARD! The uphill running treadmill circuit killed me, and the dumbbell exercises were super difficult. Instructor recommended 15 lb on the lighter end, but I feel I should’ve gone for 12 lb. at times the instructor was hard to spot when she was demonstrating floor work because she tended to move around and sometimes I couldn’t see her well

    Keith goes around the stations to make sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly. The exercises are challenging and the class works the whole body. Very good workout. You do an exercise for a minute and switch, and you can do as fast or as slow as you'd like based on your level and needs
