    Vinyasa All Levels

Great, genuinely "all levels" class. The instructor focused a lot on muscle awareness and alignment and started with the fundamentals, but quickly worked towards more advanced poses. I also really appreciated that he made a point of remembering names.

Hot Vinyasa - Community ($10 or your class card)

I loved Arden's class! The clients at this studio are animals though. There aren't a lot of coat hooks in the changing room. I saw someone tear my coat down, toss it on the floor, so they could get to their stuff

    Level 1

This was my first time doing yoga and I was a little concerned about being able to do moves. This really was an easy intro. Jodi was patient and very detailed. Perfect for someone looking to get their toes wet. Clean studio, nice and sunny.

    Hot Vinyasa

Great class. Jacqueline was wonderful- very welcoming and encouraging. She really taught to the class and challenged us whenever possible. The facility is nice and has showers, which for me, is HUGE plus. Workout and get to work loved it ! You do have to pay $3 for a mat and $1 for a towel. Bring your own water so you don't have to pay for it.

    Slow Flow

Rachel was very helpful and the flow pace was good. I signed up because I am pretty new to yoga and this still felt challenging but very energizing. Her adjustments helped me get a deeper stretch. The studio is clean and intimate/cozy and felt comfortable even on a 85 degree day. I would come back. There is mat rental and a cooler of drinks for sale and rx bars (my fave).

    Vinyasa Flow

Only critique is that the studio should put some shades up on the window. During downward dog or any pose where your head faces back of the room, your staring at bright sunlight pouring in. Not the easiest on the eyes. Class itself was great though.

Donna is such a thoughtful and kind instructor. This class was a great combination of deep stretching and restorative poses. Her classes are my favorite at this studio without a doubt!

    Prenatal Yoga

She was great! It was a small basement studio, but it was super cozy and the instructor was very accommodating with any changes we had to make depending on how our bodies were responding & with my temperature change request, It was a semi private class because only 2 women were there including me, which meant we got added attention. The teacher did correct us sometimes, but not to the point where it was annoying, only corrections that came across as helpful. Both teacher and the other girl in class were really sweet and the class was not intimidating. I got in a workout that was just right (moderate burn, not overly demanding & that's what I was looking for). You don't need to bring mats or water. It's fine to show up at any stage if pregnancy (both me and the other girl are still in our first trimesters). Mats, blocks, water, etc all provided with the class. I'll certainly be back!

    Signature Form + Flow

This was my first time at Form + Flow. Beautiful and large studio! The class was a great workout, I appreciated how smooth the transitions were from one pose to another. I found myself sweating and relaxed by the end. I also appreciated that the music was modern, and not the typical Hindu chants or “cultural” music played by most White instructors. Angelica was great, will definitely take her class again!

Fun, interesting class that combines yoga with weight training exercises. Joanna is great and I love the calm, candlelit atmosphere in the studio during the night classes. It’s a way to change up your normal yoga routine.

Since the class was small, we decided fo do a fundamentals class instead. Melaney was knowledgeable and clear. I learned a lot! Gorgeous new space, too. Damia, the founder, is a delight.
