see all reviewsThe best class! I have always had breathing problems after the covid. My nose and lungs seem not function well. But magically the dance workout in the heated room fixed my breathing problems. It’s a bit tough during the workout but after the workout I can breathe so freely outside. So amazing!

see all reviewsGreat class. Nice music (minus a little too hype music for me at the beginning of class). Teacher doesn’t stop speaking when ambulances or other sirens go by which was frustrating because we couldn’t hear her at all during that part but otherwise great. Full class - tight spaces. Please stay on your own mat and don’t put your feet on your neighbors mats.

Ever since I incorporated her stretch class, my mobility has increased and overall I feel so much better. Highly recommend taking a class with this gem or doing her body adjustment!

see all reviewsDon’t let the term “Slow Flow” fool you into thinking this class is just easy or whatever. The class is indeed slower-paced compared to the studio’s more challenging and advanced Vinyasa Flow, but you still get bone-deep stretching. Perfect for recovery days, fellow athletes and active folks! Dolma’s a stellar instructor. Her voice is soothing, her instructions clear and transparent, and her fluid class structure engages the entire body.

see all reviewsIt was a great class. We were a small group so it's easy to focus and relax at the same time. I like the flow we did as she asked everyone in the class if there was something we may want to focus. A good balance of feeling restored, relaxed, and energized in one class. I really enjoyed it and hope to come again.
