    Really good class! The instructor was kind and gave a lot of reminders of form (though I also like hands on corrections). She offered multiple levels for varying skills. One of the best classes I’ve been to in a long time.

    Wow, one of the best CORE40 instructors I’ve taken! Great music, calm yet assertive instructions, and diverse set of moves that flow from one into the other quite seamlessly. Hayes Valley is my normal branch but I’ll likely start coming to Castro more for Chris’s classes!

    Loved this class! This was my first HIIT workout in a really long time so I was a little anxious. The desk staff was awesome, Stephen was super helpful about everyone going at their own pace but still encouraging us to push a little further. Will definitely be back.

    YOGA AND CORE - All levels welcome

    Great instructor! I really liked how she would demonstrate the poses and offer corrections! Its a slower paced class but that might be because we only had 3 people in it, so not a lot of sweating/fast transition flow, but good for those who need to refine their practice.

    Lyra (Hoop) - Intermediate *Instructor Approval Required

    I've really come to appreciate Keri's intermediate class - she will transform you into an aerial badass. Class mostly focuses on foundational work such as single knee hangs, meat hooks and planches. Tricks seem to come second which is fine in my opinion. Without correct form you have nothing right? Keri's teaching style is more direct but don't let that intimidate you - she wants to ensure you're doing it correctly and you'll thank her later for it.
