I've been recovering from a knee injury and was a bit hesitant, but the instructor and the people who checked me in were very reassuring and encouraged me to go at my own pace. The music was great, the instructor was kind and energetic, and the workout was challenging without causing me undue pain! I would definitely come back!

This gym seems well-loved by the people who go there, and it’s very tidy. I was originally planning to come for a Thursday morning swim but am glad that didn’t end up being my plan— the pool is open 11am-6:30pm M-Th, 11-2 on Friday, and 8am-1pm on Saturday.
