    Definitely show up early! I got out of work a bit late, so I missed the opportunity for someone to help me set up my bike. It was dark and I had to fumble with the controls on my own. Thankfully the person next to me helped. That said, that's on me, not on Cycle Bar. I've enjoyed these classes way more than I expected to as someone who only recently started learning to ride a bicycle at all.

    The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. There is a wide variety of equipment to choose from— it’s worth taking time to explore!! This gym seems well-loved by the people who go there, and it’s very tidy. I was originally planning to come for a Thursday morning swim but am glad that didn’t end up being my plan— the pool is open 11am-6:30pm M-Th, 11-2 on Friday, and 8am-1pm on Saturday.
