I loved the circuit style workout, lots of cardio with some good strength moves mixed in. Definitely gets the full body in a short amount of time:

see all reviewsWas a great class - I was never a dancer and super new to this sort of thing. It got kind of discouraging, because I felt like I just couldn’t get it right while others in the class could. BUT the instructor did a great job and I think I would have been a bit more comfortable if the class had more than 3 other people, but that’s not anyone’s fault.

And especially if you are a newbie, the strength class is great because it is self paced and there is enough time to learn proper form. We did a LOT in 45 mins. Highly recommend
