Cory is great. Lots of adjustments, which I appreciate. This is not a Vinyasa class, though. We did almost the entire Ashtanga series! I really liked it, though it was a little too fast moving. Not a ton of deep stretching. Studio was very warm.

Annas detailed and thoughtful curing elevated this class. The sequence was pretty basic and not particularly physically challenging, but she is very good at drawing out the subtle things to focus on throughout practice. I really enjoy her teaching. If you are expecting a sweaty, workout kind of class, Id recommend perhaps one of Corepowers sculpt classes. But Anna is great for a more thoughtful practice

Circuit work in the first half of class was organized really well to work most major muscle groups and get your heart rate up. A basic vinyasa flow at the end was a nice balance (mats provided if you need one), as long as you don't mind people on the sidewalk looking down into the studio at you. :)

Awesome class with this instructor. It was a tough few flows, but tough in that you didn’t realize juuust how hard you were working and the class flew by. I was sore the next day but can still go from sitting to standing without pain and whatnot. Really good instructor! The room did get a little too hot—and she asked us how the heat was, so it’s completely on me! Pay attention to how much you’re sweating b/c I was oblivious, and because I get migraines I ended up giving myself one like an idiot, purely because of dehydration.

Probably the nicest yoga studio in DC- nice high ceilings, good light, and very clean. Note the the restorative class is truly meditation based (not a workout- you basically hold a few poses and meditate) so it's great for unwinding or stretching out and relaxing after another class. Love this studio!

Even though I was the only student in this class, Becca put in just as much care and attention as she would to any class size. I enjoyed the one-on-one time and Becca did a great job of balancing her roles of adjusting me as an instructor and doing the yoga routine herself so that I did not feel uncomfortable. She also noted my current practice and gave me instructions on how to further challenge myself, which I really appreciate.

Excellent class - Im fairly new to hot yoga and am not sure Im a fan of the heat, but despite the fact that i thought in the beginning that i might pass out it was a really rejuvenating class - both challenging and relaxing. I took this class at the Georgetown studio also and liked this one much better - not only was the music better suited and the cueing easier to follow, but the studio was a lot cleaner.

Brian was amazing and so attentive to my being a first timer. Cant recommend him enough and the class was the arm burner I was hoping for. I wasnt sure if this would be too advanced but Id say if you have some basic TRX and kettlebell experience its totally fine, there was a good mix here. Loved how we alternated between each move. My only reservation was that there were some barefoot people with their feet on the TRX in the class before and nothing was wiped down between our classes. Theres no reason for bare feet in this place. But Ill be back wiping everything down beforehand

Wow that was hard and good. This place is way more yoga than most places in DC, less fitness oriented (although this vinyasa 2 class was no joke), but not "more yoga than thou"like some places. It's more into cultivating the space yoga can bring to your life. Plus: this seems to be the most friendly studio I've been too, both the teachers and students ( although yoga district is a close second!).

I last went to Faith’s class a few months ago and am SO GLAD I went back tonight. Faith brings a sense of playfulness and REALness to her practice that is so often missing from yoga. I thoroughly enjoyed this class and the place! First, the space is absolutely gorgeous. When you come in, the room is bathed in cool, changing lights and cool music was playing. The class is small and we laid down on beanbag beds for the 35 minute session. They provide blankets, pillows and eye covers so you can fully relax. My favorite yoga studio in DC so far. It felt more ... I don't know, West Coast style? than a lot of the ones I've been to here. Focus seems to be more firmly on yoga as a rejuvenating and centering mind/body practice rather than a pose competition or a 'regular' workout class. The studio was very clean, and at least at the lunchtime class there was plenty of room to really stretch out and take up some space. I went into class feeling incredibly sore (from other workouts!) and with a nagging migraine that I couldn't quite shake, came out feeling great!
