Studio is a little hot and bikes are rusty like people have mentioned, but I PR'ed in Shelby's class and she had a fun alcohol related playlist for the RPMs and Rose event. Other instructors are more energetic but overall she was a good instructor.

Eddie was awesome! Such a good instructor! He gives great cues and brings so much energy to the class it's hard not to have a good time. I would definitely request more hip hop and I would also say it was stuffy in the studio today. Maybe they can turn the fans on or something. But overall a super fun class!

    Fly 45

Second spin class of my life and first at flywheel (after finding soul cycle to be ) and it was actually great! I was consistently 10rpm below what Lauren called out, but she was a motivating teacher with a good playlist regardless (and didn't use the board much, thankfully). Spacious studio too, with good accommodations for newcomers. Now if only spin classes would ditch the dumb arm "workouts" they offer...

Great class that worked the entire body. Wasnt too heavy on one particular part which I appreciated. Carlos has a really calming personality, which is great because it helps you focus on the breath and counting of the repetitions and not on how hard the exercise is. All in all, I really liked it!

Vanjas classes are the most supportive and challenging barre classes in DC. Shell reframe your whole day. Consistently gives form cues and reminders throughout class and checks in with hands on corrections, while pushing you to give more. I also appreciate that she choreographs for a full 60 min class and lets you know when its on the hour so you can decide to stay for additional stretching or not - lets you just focus on the workout and enjoy the me time. Good class, nice studio. The bikes measure your rpm and gears and occasionally the instructor will put up the leaderboard Songs are choreographed similar to other cycle studious - and there is one arm song with weights. Parking is pretty easy, theres a garage under Harris Teeter with some spaces reserved for Cycle Bar, and an elevator that will take you right up to the studio. There are only 2 private bathrooms/changing rooms and with 40 people I can imagine it gets really busy if youre trying to change before class or shower after class. The bathroom was stocked with quite a few styling products, hair ties, etc As a new student they were very welcoming, gave me a tour, had a locker reserved, complimentary reusable water bottle They also let you use their clip-in shoes for no additional cost.

This class is super challenging but you leave feeling very accomplished. The format is similar to Orange Theory with treadmills, rowers, and floor/weight activities, but instead of three sections during class, there are two. There is also a lot more partner work, which is cool but if youre not into working out with others, this may not be for you. I really enjoyed the challenge and definitely plan to come back!

Awesome class with this instructor. It was a tough few flows, but tough in that you didn’t realize juuust how hard you were working and the class flew by. I was sore the next day but can still go from sitting to standing without pain and whatnot. Really good instructor! The room did get a little too hot—and she asked us how the heat was, so it’s completely on me! Pay attention to how much you’re sweating b/c I was oblivious, and because I get migraines I ended up giving myself one like an idiot, purely because of dehydration.

    Nicki Minaj v. J.Lo - Off-Peak Full Body

Justin was incredibly supportive and encouraging of the fact it was my first time -- I really liked him, and he didn't make me feel self conscious at all about not knowing what I was doing. It was super challenging and a little complicated to understand the instructions, but that's the nature of the workout. It's of the most efficient workouts I've ever done -- my entire body was spent afterwards (in a good way!). I did get locked outside for about 10 minutes because I arrived early and didn't know the entry code and my phone battery was dead, and no one could see me stranded outside.

    All Levels Vinyasa

I loved this class. The flow was so thoughtful. The instructor gave clear and easy to follow instructions. I also appreciated that I could hear Susie. Sometimes its hard in other studios - the music is too loud or the instructor too quiet. Susie was great. So nice and gave great hands on assists. Ill look for more of her classes for sure.

    Dailey Cycle

The Dailey Cycle class with Crysten was a great workout. We cycled for 40 minutes and then did a 20 minute workout for arms and abs. Crysten was a great motivator. I left feeling sore and satisfied. The studio is very clean and charming. The only critique I have is that the bikes are set up very close to one another, which makes it difficult to walk between and to get in and out.

    Off-Peak Full Body

Abby was great! Would LOVE for her to be the 6:30 am regular teacher! Mae, the usual one, is not up to solidcore standards...not motivating, texts during classes, does too long on one side because shes not paying attention.

    Slow Flow

Enjoyed it. I would love if they offered more of this type of class around 5:30 on weekdays! I always want to do a more relaxing-type yoga after work while all the 5:30 workouts offered are vinyasa flows. Just a suggestion that would allow me to come to this lovely studio more often!

HPF - Hot Power Fusion: Candlelight

Excellent class - Im fairly new to hot yoga and am not sure Im a fan of the heat, but despite the fact that i thought in the beginning that i might pass out it was a really rejuvenating class - both challenging and relaxing. I took this class at the Georgetown studio also and liked this one much better - not only was the music better suited and the cueing easier to follow, but the studio was a lot cleaner.
