    I really liked this place. I arrived early so i got to watch a bit of the class before which looked really challenging with great stretches at end. I really want to try that one. It’s a great space . And the teachers and students are so friendly. This workout got my heart rate up . The teacher is fantastic and has great music. The only thing that was unclear on classpass was that it didn’t suggest bring your own mat /Pilates socks. I’ve now gone to their regular website and it’s very clear. Most people were barefoot , but i do not like being barefoot. And of course i would normally not expect to wear shoes for a yoga Pilates style class but i went to a similar one the other day and it was with shoes on. Now i know, just sharing in case your particular like me. But defn worth checking out.
