Kate is the BEST. High energy. And I like the challenging incline and her floor sequence. Sidenote: please bring back disinfecting wipes! Haven’t seen them for weeks in this studio. Good to wipe off COVID germs and all the sweat :)

Nice gym with plenty of space and machines. They have a small whirl pool, steam, and sauna with tons of showers. Very clean amenities- they provide soap and shampoo/conditioner, towels, hair dryers, cotton swabs, and some straighteners. Just missing deodorant! Otherwise gorgeous and would definitely go back.

Great class that will kick you butt! Megan is super friendly and energetic. It was somewhat easy to follow even though I haven’t been to the studio in ages. Nice playlist too.

Really liked Kaseys class! Not over-choreographed, more athletic in style. I wish that the studio owners cared more about the facilities - give this awesome instructor a mic pack and sound system that really works so we can hear her directions!

This class was a video projected on the wall (Les Mills on Demand) and I was the only one there on a Saturday morning (it was a holiday weekend). It was actually really nice and i liked having the whole room to myself.

    Les Mills BARRE

Very clean and modern gym. I was pleasantly surprised. Bring your own lock for the lockers. More ballet- inspired than other barre classes. If I go back I'll wear a more supportive sports bra -- unlike regular barre, this one has optional jumping!!

    HIIT Class

It was a very challenging class, but I felt that everyone was in it together pushing and supporting each other. The instructor was very attentive even when I didn’t want him to do that I could take a break. Lol

    Pilates Fusion

Marina is a great, encouraging and friendly instructor. Mats are provided but I didn’t see that in the ClassPass details. It was a mix of Barre, Pilates, And yoga I would say. Not your typical Pilates class but very fun and a good low intensity, strength building class.
