    Every class is different, but there is so much that I loved about this one. The music was fantastic, there were more hills than sprints, we stayed in the saddle most of the time, the lights were low, and the instructor was the most motivating of any I've experienced in Boston.     Prana to Music (heated)

    Prana flows tend to be a little basic and repetitive, with emphasis on moving with your breath - and sometimes you need that. I like how relaxing and zen it is, the heat helping ease your muscles into deeper stretches. Ive been going to Prana for 8 years and I think the changes YogaWorks brought have been positive: now if you rent a mat, its clean instead of soggy and sweaty from the person that used it before; the mats and blocks are new; the blankets and The Secret-esque positive thinking cards have been replaced by merch Id actually buy and a 20% off Manduka sale. Otherwise, the studio seems pretty much the same as before. Im satisfied!

    It was my first time at this studio. Both the store and studio staff were very friendly and helpful. They showed me around and explained the class/workout. The have showers and they provide towels. The instructor, Chris, was very encouraging during the class and we completed challenging mix of hill and sprint intervals on the treadmill with upper/lower body exercises on the floor. The music was great. Overall I have a great experience and I will definitely be back and take more classes. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who likes interval training on the treadmill. If you tried other similar studios like barry's, mystryde etc you have to come and take a class at Heartbreak Hill Running Company. You will not regret!

    Lily was awesome. She was motivating and offered many modifications so you had choices. She encourages you to push yourself while knowing your body's limits for safety. The class moves quickly, and the 30 second reps format makes completing every set feel more achievable. On a studio note. The gentleman manning the front desk this evening was absolutely wonderful.     The class was great! First 30minutes was all about conditioning; jump rope, core and cardio rounds. The second half was partnered mitt work. The instructor was welcoming and provided feedback throughout the class and corrected form/technique. I highly recommend this class to anyone who likes boxing. Its much better than any class Title Boxing offers. Ill definitely be back and take more classes.

    Heated all levels flow with some Sun A & B, CorePower and pilates moves for extra ab work. No music. Lights are too bright and I wish they had softer light like the lamps at Prana/YogaWorks Central Sq. I definitely sweated buckets in class - bring a towel!     So good and efficient. Don't be fooled by the short class, you will be working at 90-100% for almost all of it with VERY short breaks. Easy to follow and the instructor was great, fun and lots of good energy. Definitely doable for beginners but I'd recommend taking an extra break whenever needed as it's very intense. I'll be back!
