    50-Minute Spin Class

I haven’t been to one of Stephen’s classes I’m probably 4 years. I forgot how hard they are.. I’m a good way. Almost took a star off for no fan though! Haha

Maline has such a depth to her. Her yoga isn’t a physical practice but rather a deepening. A journey to be experienced. Helping us to bring harmony to mind, body and soul. Thank you! Melissa, VIE and the studio are also great.

Loved this style of class! Less dancing and technique, more light weights. No need to bring your own weights or mat, they have them there for you. Updated instructions on what to bring would be nice for new comers to the class.

CP Reformer Flow 1 (50 Mins)

Great experience! The studio was easy to find and there was free parking within walking distance. The check in was quick and easy on an iPad upon arrival, and when the former class finished, Brooklyn came out, helped me sign the waiver and gave me a quick overview of what to expect during class (this was my first reformer pilates class I've taken). She was very friendly and laid back, which calmed my beginner nerves immediately. The classroom was very clean, dimly lit (fantastic when its an early morning) and had all these wonderful and strange apparatuses (apparati??) . The class started promptly and it went by quickly. Brooklyn was very helpful with me during class, making sure I knew which loop to grab, how to place my feet, and how to adjust the reformer. I felt like I got a great workout, very different muscle activation the weight lifting and yoga that I'm used to. I would highly recommend Club Pilates and Brooklyn to anyone!
