see all reviewsYoga doctor! The class started with warming up every part of our body then came a deep strong flow. Dani is amazing at leading you through hard or long holds. Has amazing hands on adjustments. She showed restorative poses that felt better than a massage. Oh also, the best savasana experience. The sound bowl, little leg adjustments and the foot massage was just the BEEEEST way to end the class. I am definitely booking as a priority. Beginners get great lead and clear instructions, advanced students get help in harder poses. Just come
