    I really like Mindy. I like her vibe. She taught a creative class without over complicating the routine. I felt challenged but encouraged. Definitely recommend.

    CP Reformer Flow 1.5 (50 Mins)

    The instructor was very nice/knowledgeable and the workout was perfectly challenging. She gave very clear and concise cues but did not model the moves, hence why I recommend having previous experience in classical Pilates before trying this class. I’ve taken them for about 2 months so it was not a problem following along :) The studio was clean and spacious. I also liked how meticulous the stretching/warm-up was which is not something I’m used to seeing in other reformer studios. Overall 10/10
