    Amy is by far my favourite instructor at yoke. Her classes are so easy to follow yet still challenging. Her overall positive vibe and attitude makes me really look forward to coming to class.     A lovely studio. Very friendly and welcoming instructor. Based on the class title and description, I mistakenly thought this was a regular strength class with weights and bands focused on arms/glutes/abs but turned out to be a mat pilates class in a heated room. Compounded movements making it a nice challenge - with light weights. The instructor provided alternatives to make it easier/harder. While the class was a nice fast-pace, for anyone who works out at the gym say twice a week, this class probably won’t give you the visible gains in glutes/abs/guns you’re hoping for. You’ll need a more intense weights focused class for that. For someone who just does yoga or runs a couple times a week, this will be a great intense class for you. Few too many people in the class so felt quite squished.
