Music is everything for a cycling class, and it was obvious Lexie gave time and thought to tempo matches for what we were doing. the class was physically challenging and well choreographed. Easy to follow along and instructor is willing to accommodate to an easier version of the exercise if your struggling. It was challenging, but worth it. I recommend!
