    I got there just a couple minutes before it started so didn't get to check-in until after the warm-up. Instructor was friendly though I didn't catch her name. It was Tabata Tuesday. It was a quick challenging workout. You can sort of work at your own pace so maybe ok for beginners.

    The class and Andre were wonderful. I worked hard, sweat a lot, and deep stretching was part of the workout at the end so I didnt feel too sore the next day. Would go to this class everyday if I could.

    Kellen designed a challenging circuit: 2 rounds of 5 stations, 2 exercises per station. The moves were simple, but really effective. Great utilization of all types of equipment including dumbbells, exercise ball, bosu, dumbbells, high bar, rowing machine and air bike. This class got my heart rate up and made my muscles burn- win win!

    Really great and engaging instructor. Took time to show and explain moves and modify as needed. Thorough warm-up and low/medium intensity interval training. Although I wish we did stretching or light movement cool down at end instead of laying down for meditation when heart rate was up. Grateful for the class!
