Galia has fun high energy and creates an encouraging learning environment. Her class seems to be geared towards all levels and felt accessible even as a beginner. I’ll be back!

I love how much variety the class offered. It took place outdoors and Tiana had great energy to encourage us. A balance of half glutes circuits and half abs exercises. Large class but plenty of space and attention.

If you want a workout that pushes you to your limits where you leave feeling great, this is your place! It’s a lot like 9Round, but the intervals are more interesting & varied. (AND, if you want to learn real kickboxing form, Ignacio is also a former champion fighter!)

    2 hour customized facial

I thoroughly enjoyed my two hour facial. I met lovelyn at the facility and the facial occurred on time. In a shared wellness space, her suite lighting and music was soothing and comforting the entire time. The two hour facial consisted of a double cleanse, extractions, hydrating mask, neck massage and more. Lovelyn checked on my allergies, sensitivities, and comfort often and the bed was heated. Lovelyn asked about my skin care regimen, helped me develop a better plan, and did not try to sell me anything. I inquired about future treatments and she said she would summarize our session and send pricing in an email which seems super kind. Though there must be a connection issue with class pass because I haven’t received her intake form or summary email. Lovelyn also practices a natural, holistic approach with an emphasis on Chinese medicine. #classpassinsider
