    Functional HIIT (14th St)

    Great circuit workout with varied stations. Easy to follow the circuits and exercises are posted, but could definitely be more challenging for a beginner to follow and complete, though modifications are possible and you can certainly take as many breaks as you need during a set. I also am not afraid of heavier weights but found the lightest options for some of the exercises to be more of a moderate level especially given the length of sets and pace of the class. Overall I'm looking forward to returning!

    Good class but very hot and buggy today. Always bring sunscreen bug spray and a towel. Can be hard to stay focused next to flag football and soccer being played and the occasional balls that come your way. Great instructor

    I liked the outdoors class and it was a good workout but not something I would dread after being at work all day. Kwame was nice and not psycho/in-your-face like some fitness instructors.
