see all reviewsMy body was heavy for hard cardio class so I decided to take signature 45 at Barre3. And it was perfect! I still had good workout without loosing too much of my energy. According to my Apple Watch I burned almost 300 calories 💪🏻And they have awesome uplifting music, I shazamed a few 🤓 Very sunny studio, I loved it and will come back for sure!
