see all reviewsThis class was a fun, low-impact, stretch-based fitness option! Definitely not yoga in any sense but alludes to a similar concept with slow and controlled movements. There are no traditional yoga poses and no spiritual aspect and the music/vibe is much more upbeat and not relaxing. It reminds me of a barre class with a weighted rod you use to balance yourself and small muscle group focus. I’ll be back!
