The Pole Flight Fitness Program | All Levels is designed to increase flexibility, strength, stability, and stamina. The classes are structured so you are able to get 20 minutes of Pole-specific HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) preparing your body to execute the day's moves & combos. Wear: Come dressed warm and ready to get down to shorts, a t-shirt or sports bra. Wear sneakers for the 1st 20 minutes of class. Bring: Water. Members, bring your tracking journal. 1 hour Weekly Class $25, online advanced registration required Location: MoveStudio - North Dallas
