About this class
zamalates is a fusion of Pilates, isometric and interval exercises designed to build core strength and long, lean muscles. The class involves mat based exercises, and sometimes equipment such as light dumbbells, straps and resistance bands, also with yoga exercises. This group class will quickly tone your body, burn fat and help you build your abdominal strength to reduce back pain and prevent injury.

How to prepare
Please bring a mat and towel if you have one, but you can borrow mats for $2. They have water for sale for $2 a bottle and also a place to fill up your water bottles. They have towels for sale.
