Yva is great ! The space is small but welcoming. Couldn’t find it first because it’s at the church space. The teacher is going through a lot of different exercises so it never gets boring. Good for core exercise!

The class was a lovely constant flow but the layout of the space made it difficult to see the instructors direction. No mirrored wall to help broaden line of sight. I think the class works well for beginners to working out or Pilates in general. It's not too aggressive or challenging. A good option for a recovery day if you're an intermediate or high intensity customer.

This was a small studio, with only a few participants in the class. The class used a ton of props (all provided) but I felt like I could have used a more challenging workout

It was really hard to understand the teacher and she wasnt visible during the whole class which makes it hard to follow.

Space is unique, Yva is very nice, but I was missing some personal feedback / adjustment during the class... was sometimes difficult to understand the instructions and follow the pace of the exercise. Its worth pausing or lowering the pace so everyone will do the exercise right. A lot of breathing and stretching though! Which was good (:

Class felt pretty low energy and not a whole lot of corrections / encouragement from the instructor which is some people's preferred vibe (not my particular cup of tea). Very yoga-infused.

Yva's classes are always fun and interesting to take. She's a retired dancer and very knowledgable, and she's also very helpful/approachable if you are new or injured. Really pretty studio too!
