How it works

About this class

Perhaps the most popular style practiced in the West, these classes keep you moving! You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and work to build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. In Sanskrit vinyasa means “to place in a special way,” and that informs the graceful dance that is a well-planned vinyasa sequence. When you hit that sweet spot and the endorphins kick in, a pushup suddenly becomes an exercise in weightlessness—you glide, you float, you sail into a blissful final relaxation. Now you get the hype, right?

Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Pete
Petes class had good energy, it was a somewhat awkward flow though and the loud/random music made it hard to hear his soft voice.
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Silvie
Good, quick class however I wish there was more personal alignment from the instructor.
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Nadine
I really enjoyed this class! Nadine brings a nice calming energy and leads the flow very well! We focused on shoulders today and I left feeling a difference! I will be back!
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Silvie
Decent but more beginner than intermediate. Friendly instructor
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Nadine
Not a level 2 class. Did not break a sweat and poses were horribly repetitive and hard to follow.
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Laura
GREAT instructor. Challenging. Fun music. Really loved the class.

Good, challenging class.
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Pete
Odd class. Music too loud and too upbeat, flow was too fast. Decent workout but not relaxing class
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Pete
Great class! I loved the sequence and inclusion of some challenging balances and we even got to work on headstands against the wall which was really fun. Music was a little too upbeat for my taste and Pete could have offered a few more subtle directions for adjustments but otherwise a fantastic class!

Great instructor!
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Pete
Really enjoyed this class. More challenging and interesting than other classes I've taken at this studio, with good music and some time to relax too.
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Laura
Great class. And the music was super on point!
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Silvie
Class was a bit slow for me. Good for people who aren't seeking for challenging possess.
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Lidia
Loved her! Great workout with just the right amount of challenge for first thing in the morning.
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Pete
it doesn't make sense to play club music while also trying to center and relax.
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Nichol
Amazing voice!
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Pete
Really choppy cues and transitions - didn't flow. Also, calling downward dog "a-frame" did not resonate for me at all and felt anti-yoga
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Laurie
Will miss Laurie so much!
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Pete
I've loved Pete's classes in the past, but this one was very low energy. Not sure if it was just a fluke, but the class felt a little unprepared.
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Lidia
Great class!
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Nadine
Mostly stretching, felt good but was looking for a bit more of a workout. Instructor is very specific with cueing which I appreciate.
Vinyasa Flow 2 [m] with Pete
Good class but I would recommend not being near the music (back wall). He adjusts the volume manually all during class and you kind of have to move out of the way for him every time (and it wasn't a full class). Still a good work out, just recommend they get a remote for the volume so it's not so disruptive!
