This was the best yoga class I have ever done. Tony was welcoming and never corrected me like some instructors do. I had so much fun and was so challenged. I was amazed how enthusiastic Tony was and upbeat. He kept the class fun. I’m going back.

David is the best! His class is well thought out and organized. Afterwards, you feel like your body has been sculpted in every area.

It was a good workout, but not nearly sweaty enough. The teacher had great energy, and the sound system was giving her issues. Frustrating for sure, but instead of just shutting it off (only 10 mins left of class) she kept letting it play while it skipped and froze. It was distracting.

Challenging, but a great sweat. Instructor offered lots of modifications and was intent on keeping everyone moving. Overall a great experience, but probably a little tough if you’ve never done hot yoga before.
