How to prepare

You don’t have to master a one-arm handstand to practice here, but you do have to arrive at least 5 minutes early for class. Mat rentals are available at the studio for $1 cash or $2 CC - just leave your shoes at the door, check in with the front desk and make yourself at OM. In the event that a class is sold out, spaces may be given to those on the waitlist 3 minutes before class time. Please note that there is a 5-minute late policy.

How to get there

The studio is located at 135 W 20th between 6th & 7th Ave on the 6th Floor. The building’s elevator means well but is often slow, so give it a minute.

Level 3 with Stacey
Great cuing and great chill energy in the room. The pace was slow and steady so it was easy to focus on breathing slow and steady in the postures. The teacher gave great directions and tips for getting into the more difficult postures. I highly recommend this class.
Level 3 with Bryn
Bryn is awesome. Loved her energy and focus on alignment.
