How to prepare

You don’t have to master a one-arm handstand to practice here, but you do have to arrive at least 5 minutes early for class. Mat rentals are available at the studio for $1 cash or $2 CC - just leave your shoes at the door, check in with the front desk and make yourself at OM. In the event that a class is sold out, spaces may be given to those on the waitlist 3 minutes before class time. Please note that there is a 5-minute late policy.

How to get there

The studio is located at 135 W 20th between 6th & 7th Ave on the 6th Floor. The building’s elevator means well but is often slow, so give it a minute.

Very upbeat and inspiring! The class was a little crowded.

The format of the class is a little more new-agey than I prefer but the space is beautiful and Frank has such a genuine and gentle personality and adjusts you if you need help. Super relaxing, but a good workout after a hard day at work.

Challenging for a Level “1” if you’re truly new to yoga maybe fundamentals would be better? But Halima is nice.

Class went at a good pace and Rachel was very descriptive in her instruction. I felt like the flow overall could have been a bit more challenging, but it is a level 1 class after all. We did work on a one-legged bridge pose towards the end of class which was a nice addition! I’d definitely take this class again. It was a great way to start the week.

What is ClassPass?
