So boring. No hard work anything. Not worth the money
Yoga Tune Up Self Care with Stacey
This is a great class, but wasn't quite what I was expecting. I was looking for more of a recovery class after a long run, and instead it was a core strengthening class that used a lot of props to make the strengthening easier on the body. I didn't quite get the stretching or the relaxation I was looking for, but if you're looking for something easy on the body that will help you get stronger, this is perfect. The teacher is definitely very knowledgeable.

Good teacher but the studio had a toxic glue smell emanating from the wall the entire class. Completely undid the healing aspect and quite ironic when the teacher talked about the power of aromatherapy and sprayed bits of it at us

not my cup of tea

Honestly it was horrible. The other classes at yoga tree are much better. That has no value-add
