Martins class had little to no orientation on alignment and safety. Class atmosphere felt competitive. Flows were basic not dynamic and focused more on breaking a sweat rather than yoga. Spent a lot of class talking about himself than why we practice collectively.

This was my favorite class Ive taken at any Yoga Tree. Linda was amazing!!

Teacher was very positive and gave great adjustments and instructions, and the room was well heated. However, this is not much of a workout if you like a more active vinyasa practice. The flow part of class was maybe 20-25 minutes, and the rest of the time is deep stretching and meditation. A little too much downtime for me, but a good class if you want to focus on relaxing/stretching your muscles out after a long week.

What is ClassPass?
