Through the practice of staying in each shape for 3-5 minutes, Yin Yoga not only stretches the muscles but the connective tissues. The practice often targets the hips, pelvis and lower spine in a simple practice, appropriate for all ages, levels of fitness and flexibility. This deep practice of stillness is a beautiful, if sometimes challenging, opportunity to connect with our mind and heart. All Levels.

How to prepare
Rental Mats are free! Lockers are provided in the restroom for your security. Bring your own lock or rent one from the studio for $1. Towels are also available for $1.
How to get there
The studio is conveniently located in downtown Portland, a short walk from the Max or the streetcar. Paid street parking begins at 8:00 a.m. Monday-Saturday and at 1:00 p.m. on Sundays and is located all around the studio, but can be more or less hard to find depending on the day. It’s always wise to leave extra time to find street parking. We’re also only a few blocks from two parking garages on 12th between Couch and Everett.
