About this class
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a perfect way to restore on Thursday night to enter the weekend in a revitalized state. After a few restorative postures to unwind, the majority of the class is spent laying on the back (in savasana) being guided through the deep meditation of conscious sleep. By working with intention setting in a deeply relaxed state, this class creates a powerful opportunity to transform old belief systems and thought patterns. Yoga Nidra can also help with insomnia and stress reduction, and leaves practitioners feeling a sense of renewed wholeness. Please wear comfortable clothes--all levels and ages are welcome!
