How it works

About this class

Vinyasa is a dynamic system of practicing asana by linking breath to continuous movement in sequence. This style of yoga builds heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength through focused concentration. An attentive ear and some knowledge of basic yoga postures is recommended to keep pace with the flow. Sequencing is often built around sun salutations, and may vary with teacher. Level 2-3 is suited for intermediate to advanced students who appreciate a healthy sweat and have some level of stamina and strength. Mind and body sync with sun salutations and postures strung smoothly together in a robust and spirited flow. Classes include advanced postures, arm balances, backbends, and inversions.

Love Roy gan. Such a great workout
Vinyasa (Level 2-3) with Roy
Roy is a great instructor. The flow is fast and intense and pushes you just enough but this class is so packed it's extremely difficult to practice inversions or balances. You're literally two inches from someone else on both sides of the mat.

Fast paced! Welcoming but def not for beginners
Vinyasa (Level 2-3) with Roy
Roy is amazing as a teacher. Unfortunately the studio quality is going down. Building needs a little TLC particularly compared to other SF studios.
