Awesome class!
Restorative with Anna
Loved the instructor, she was super helpful and made sure we all had the right movement. The class was very relaxing. Definitely recommended.
Restorative with Rachael
Great relaxing class - almost forced you to stop the noise in your head!
Restorative with Alexandra
Not traditional yoga with poses, mainly laying on a mat in different positions. Very relaxing, would love to take more of Alexandra Rossi’s classes that are more active! Wish she taught more at bight!
Restorative with Sara
Very relaxing way to spend a Monday night, but this studio needs to cut down on class size. Barely enough room to properly stretch!

If felt like sleeping
Restorative with Alexandra
So restful and relaxing. Perfect way to unwind.
Restorative with Rachael
Too short. Feels like there isnt enough time to fully be in the restorative asana. Instruction was good, but not memorable.
Restorative with Alexandra
Very low key. We did four poses over the course of an hour. Would recommend as a way to wind down before bed.
