Restorative Yoga focuses on breathing and relaxation to create a sense of well-being for the mind and body. This class features timed poses, creative prop use, guided breath awareness and engaged practice–active enough for restless minds and relaxed enough for tired bodies. How to prepare

Come at least 5 minutes early-there is often a last minute rush for classes. (Late arrivals will forfeit space to wait-listed students.) Bring your own, or rent mats for $2. Cubbies are provided for non-valuables--bring valuables to class with you.

How to get there

Auto Parking There is on-street free and metered parking available around the studio. There is a 2-hour time limit between 8am and 6pm, Monday-Friday. Bike Parking We offer wall-hanging bike racks behind our gated entrance and bike racks on the sidewalk-secure your bike to the racks with your lock. We are on or near Bike Routes 30, 32, 47 and “the wiggle.” Transit We are four blocks from the N Judah stop at Duboce Park, and less than one block from Muni Bus lines: 24 Divisadero, 6 Parnassus and 71 Haight/Noriega.
