this class was a little fast for me.
Flow, Core and Restore with Tiffany
Talked with Theresa and another yogi before the class about her experience watching Space Odyssey. Checked in on one of the tablets with the combination of English and Sanskrit symbols. Pretty mindful class. Three rows of people on Yoga mats on the ground floor of the Earth studio. Style was like a mindful vinyasa or mindful flow, which is theoretically similar to Mihalyi Csikzentmihayi's (seminal researcher on concept of flow) optimal experience of flow where skills meets demand. Tiffany's guided instructions are calm, gentle, and encouraging. She introduced herself at the beginning of class this time. Encouraging students to interact at different points in a class such saying hi, introducing themselves, high fives, at the beginning of class would be helpful for socializing new students and building the bonds of a given studio community. Flo water station available near the bathrooms. Mat storage available on the 2nd and ground floors.
Flow, Core and Restore with Tiffany
Excellent and a little more challenging than previous classes combining standing flow sequences with some floor exercises for a rewarding experience. Talked about Playlist creation and past teacher training experience and a mutual corepower teacher friend, Jason Tsai. She taught c2 at corepower but didn't like the structure and likes the freedom she gets teaching at yoga garden. One of my favorite yoga instructors at yoga garden sf.
Flow, Core and Restore with Christie
super chill, not an intense workout where you'll sweat much but very relaxing
Flow, Core and Restore with Tiffany
it was lovely to practice iyengar again
Flow, Core and Restore with Tiffany
Amazing as usual. Packed class with gentle instructions and mindful presence of all the yogis and yoginis present during the class. Namaste, all sentient beings! ????
Flow, Core and Restore with Tiffany
Tiffany is polite, professional, respectful, provides a relaxing vibe and safe space to explore and play, and provides a soothing and gentle instructions with her speaking. Personal introduction at the beginning of class was nice for new and returning students and establishing necessary props was helpful. Suggesting students introduce themselves to each other at the beginning of class would be helpful to establish and build community.
