Flow, Core and Restore with Tiffany
Great class! About medium or intermediate intensity and such a good stretch/opening. More flow and core than restore.

Tiffany was awesome. An invigorating and energizing class. Great direction from the instructor.
Flow, Core and Restore with Tiffany
Tiffany was very gentle and mindful, talking and moving at a steady pace so we could work on proper alignment.

Dont provide mats and they tell you to go into the wrong workout room so you interrupt a class. Front desk is useless

Great teacher and good sequencing. Class was challenging enough to feel some burn but not too overwhelming for a Sat morning :)
Flow, Core and Restore with Tiffany
I liked this class. The instructor said in the beginning that it was going to be a mellow day. The instructor was good at giving clear instructions and optional pose modifications. This was a solid yoga class, and the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is that it wasnt amazingly memorable compared to other yoga classes I have taken.

Lovely teacher but kind of a boring class...

Good class but very little space. I find that Yoga garden is quite often over crowded :/
