About this class

This class combines Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga styles to create a full and comprehensive class. For the first two-thirds of the class, students will move through a heat-building flow practice meant to wring out the day. The class closes with a slow wind-down intended to soothe and ease the body into the evening. This class will leave students feeling invigorated and refreshed.

Flow and Restore with Leigh
First time I DID NOT LIKE a classpass class/studio! NOT relaxing or pleasurable. **Instructor-SUB): 1) Vinyasa—prone to injury, rushed, robotic confusing repetitive verbal cues (inhale exhale inhale exhale push knees hands up): impossible to enjoy/feel connected to/follow. Zero attention to form, not doing it with us, no modifications/reminders to listen to your body 2) Teacher’s voice was loud and not relaxing/soothing 3) Freezing w/ windows open at 8pm even during Savasana. We did headstands which felt difficult for this type of class, restorative poses held too long, lots of props/shuffling...honestly felt burdensome **Studio: (first timer) Front desk lady was not friendly and barely wanted to answer questions, no TP & she said ok tmrw we’ll get some! Coming down from floor 3, whole second floor was completely WET/mopped with no warning sign or person there. I almost fell. And I was lugging sandbags to put away. I’ve NEVER written a bad review but I had to be honest. Eager to leave!

Always fulfillingly worthwhile with Europa!
Flow and Restore with Europa
Europa does a fantastic job of holding space for ones practice. Her voice and choice of words is soothing and clear. The music and instruction is flowing and motivating during the first half and the second half of restorative poses help ease the body into a relaxing state. A great practice!

More like a Hatha class.
Flow and Restore with Europa
So relaxing and calming! Typically yoga classes longer than an hour intimidate me but this one went by fast, and the final 30 mins ish were super chill. Really enjoyed!

Great class.
Flow and Restore with Stacey
Nice class if you are looking for something low key but not totally restorative
Flow and Restore with VaZa
The flow felt a little clunky but I still left getting a good workout and a nice balance of restorative with it.
