About this class

This class combines Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga styles to create a full and comprehensive class. For the first two-thirds of the class, students will move through a heat-building flow practice meant to wring out the day. The class closes with a slow wind-down intended to soothe and ease the body into the evening. This class will leave students feeling invigorated and refreshed.

Great class! Good instructor. Great studio. Awful customer service. It was my first time and the TWO gals manning the desk were so unhelpful and i was clearly a newbie... probably wont go back bc of this.
