Flow and Restore with Europa
It was relaxing but not challenging.
Flow and Restore with Europa
This class was so amazing. Slow flow vinyasa that led into deep restorative relaxation. Europa was an amazing teacher, and offered many extensions and modifications. I will be returning to Yoga Garden very soon! All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. The space was tidy and clean. I love this place... the essence of yoga in San Francisco! So happy I stumbled upon Yoga Garden.
Flow and Restore with Stacey

Flow and Restore with Europa
Very relaxing!
Flow and Restore with Stacey
The instructor was very good. I wish this studio had better lighting - it was a bit harsh. And I found it distracting that you could see into the lobby area from the Earth studio. I'd recommend putting up a light curtain!
Flow and Restore with Alyssa
