How to prepare

This is a vinyasa yoga studio! We have two practice rooms: the large studio is heated to 90 degrees and the small studio is not heated but you will still sweat. Bring a mat and hand towel, mat and water. They also offer these amenities for rent or sale at the studio. Mats are available to rent for $2, towel for $3, bottles of water for $4.

How to get there

We recommend arriving by foot, bus or taxi/Uber/Lyft as street parking is extremely difficult, especially in the evenings and on weekends.

Flow Basics - Not Heated with Brie
The studio is beautiful and Brie is clearly experienced. I would definitely not classify this as a beginner class, as the pace was quite fast (in contrast to the class description) and Brie occasionally used pose names to cue changes, which would be confusing for someone new to yoga. I think Ill return in the future once Im back in a stronger practice.
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Jessica
Class room had a weird scratchy noise (broken speaker). First time there so was not a good first impression. Teacher was good!
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Natasha
Great class. Great music
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Daria
Really fantastic class for newer yogis or yogis who are looking for something a little more low key than the heated, flow classes offered in the larger studio. I hadnt practiced in a few weeks, and this was the perfect way to ease back into things after some travels.
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Natasha
Amazing class, amazing instructor. Thank you!!!
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Christina
Fairly easy work out, but pretty good for beginners. Could have used more adjustments from the teacher.
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Nhi
Nhi was awesome! Would definitely take a class with her again
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Christina
It was a great class, but extremely full and hot for a non-heated class. My mat was about 10 inches from the other mats next to me on each side. When we were doing a flat back with our bodies turned sideways I had to bob-and-weave around the persons butt in front of my face. I was also afraid I would kick the girl behind me when I lifted my leg from down-dog. There are no shades on the windows so it became very hot in there as the sun was shining through

Nhi was great. Would love more on hand adjustments
