How to prepare

This is a vinyasa yoga studio! We have two practice rooms: the large studio is heated to 90 degrees and the small studio is not heated but you will still sweat. Bring a mat and hand towel, mat and water. They also offer these amenities for rent or sale at the studio. Mats are available to rent for $2, towel for $3, bottles of water for $1. (Cash only please!)

How to get there

We recommend arriving by foot, bus or taxi/Uber/Lyft as street parking is extremely difficult, especially in the evenings and on weekends.

Flow Basics - Not Heated with Alli
I enjoyed the class but it was more advanced than I had expected. More than one person in the class was trying yoga for the first time and I felt like it might have been tough for them to follow along.
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Kim
Not a great environment. Loud talking and WHAT was with that music? When she started with drake I thought it was a car passing by. It didnt get better from there. Also the cues werent great for a basics class.
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Kim
There was a sub and she was not my favorite...she played Top 40 music which was weird for a yoga class.
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Meredith
The instructor was skilled, attentive and fun. The studio was cozy, relaxing, and unique.
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Melanie
Was a little disappointed in this class. The description made it seem like it'd be good for beginners but the instructor didn't do most of the moves, show us how to do them or really explain them at all. Room was packed, even though there were only 9 of us there.
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Nhi
I normally love this class (with Andrea) because she explains the flow and poses so thoughtfully and its challenging even though Ive been practicing for years. Did not like this instructor (Nhi To). Her instruction came across as condescending. I didnt feel like she was respectful of body limitations. Her focus seemed to be on becoming more flexible in the poses as a measure of success in yoga instead of the practice itself.
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Meredith
Great class, great instructor. Would love to do it again
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Alli
Great pace and great workout
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Alli
Alli was great! Lots of core work and repetitive movement that built on each other. Out of the other classes at this level at Yoga Flow, this felt like the best one for beginners to me as some of the others are more advanced. I wouldve loved to have had a bit more variety in the poses and always like when theres some more spirituality or talk of alignment involved in class.
Flow Basics - Not Heated with Alli
More variety of poses would have been appreciated. Too much time in downward dog! Also, no modifications or adjustments were offered even though it was a small class.
