About this class

This class is perfect for beginners and for those who like a well rounded practice that is not fast-paced. In this class, you'll learn the basics of the postures as well as explore different sequences at a slower pace than our other classes. You will develop strength and flexibility but with less focus on intensity.

How to prepare

This is a heated, athletic studio! Please bring a towel, water bottle and yoga mat. We rent or sell these items if needed. Mats are $2 to rent. Towels are $1-$2 depending on the size.

Sydney- It’s a fantastic beginner class. If you are looking for solid instructions and demonstrated form this is the class for you. Her voice is a bit robotic and monotone but in this case it totally works.

Great yoga class! Vinyasa and some Yin style. Lael did a good job of reminding us to check out form to get the benefits and to not injure ourselves.

Extremely challenging with core and detail to proper posture. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I knew what the class actually entailed before hand. Nonetheless left feeling satisfied.

Brie offers a beautiful spicy practice with a soothing gentle energy. Her cues were clear and meaningful and offers assists throughout class. The savasana massage at the end was to die for as well. Cant recommend Brie enough!

What is ClassPass?
