About this class

This class is perfect for beginners and for those who like a well rounded practice that is not fast-paced. In this class, you'll learn the basics of the postures as well as explore different sequences at a slower pace than our other classes. You will develop strength and flexibility but with less focus on intensity.

How to prepare

This is a heated, athletic studio! Please bring a towel, water bottle and yoga mat. We rent or sell these items if needed. Mats are $2 to rent. Towels are $1-$2 depending on the size.

Great class however Id say it was a bit more advanced than a beginner class.

Great class. Hope they will consider sweeping the floors between classes. Cant focus with dirt and hair sticking to my feet.

The class was in the small room and was a bit over crowded and stuffy. However, the instructor was awesome!

The venue was gorgeous- open, airy, historic, with the occasional street car going by. As a yoga newbie, I found myself watching others for guidance with how to execute the asanas, although Sydney's direction was nearly enough to get the idea. With not having exercised regularly in a while, I was surprised that I was able to keep up; didn't break a sweat.
