About this class

A nonstop 60 min sweat swesh that combines challenging barre exercises with high intensity interval training.  Class is divided up into groups of 3 and performs two rounds at each station.  Clients may wear sneakers to class if they wish.  30 mins of hiit and 30 mins of barre.  This class is Cardio, Core, Strength, Endurance, burn up to 500+ calories!

Kristy is an awesome instructor, super motivating. Xtend Barre is far superior to any other barre studio I've tried. The class flows with cardio sequences and great cues to get the most out of your workout. Didn't think a caloric burn of 500 calories was possibly in barre until now, whew! Loved the variety of retail and cute grippy socks options. I'll definitely be back!

What is ClassPass?
