USERS MUST BRING GRIP SOCKS TO CLASS. GRIP SOCKS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE FOR $20. *Not suitable for pregnant clients *Post natal clients (had a baby within the last 6 months) please contact the studio to see if this class is suitable for you especially if you have had a c-section Find those deep stabilizing core muscles in this balance and stability class. Flow of movement, lengthening, and conditioning are also added for a fun twist to your training. Focus on glute and hamstring strength Limited to 10 clients per class

How to prepare

Wear comfortable active wear. GRIP SOCKS are mandatory! No socks = No class. You can bring your own or purchase a pair in studio for $20 Bring water and a towel in case you get sweaty :) First time clients to the studio are required to fill out a liability waiver form before their first class. No mobile phones permitted in the studio.

How to get there

The studio is easily accessible by public transport with Essendon train station and bus stop across the road and street parking also available.
