PLEASE WEAR RUNNERS OR GRIP SOCKS - Whichever you feel comfortable to perform high impact moves such as burpees, lunges and squats in. A cardio boosting 30 min (H.I.I.T) high intensity interval workout. Cardio and body weight focused you'll get your heart rate up and your metabolism burning! Very minimal breaks so we can fit the best workout into a short time.

How to prepare
Wear comfortable active wear. GRIP SOCKS are mandatory! No socks = No class. You can bring your own or purchase a pair in studio for $20 Bring water and a towel in case you get sweaty :) First time clients to the studio are required to fill out a liability waiver form before their first class. No mobile phones permitted in the studio.
How to get there
The studio is easily accessible by public transport with Essendon train station and bus stop across the road and street parking also available.
