About this class

How do you measure a training class/session/workout? By how you feel after or the hours you put in? The distances, reps, or weights you rack up? Useful guides for sure, but how much does this really tell you about how your body reacts to the training? How do you know what the best, most efficient program/routine is for you and your goals? WILL POWER gives you the perfect program, professional guidance, and physiological data to optimize performance, reduce injuries, and fast-track fitness development. Through our state of the art heart rate monitor software we collect data from your heart rate and heart rate variability to unlock the power of individualized training guidance. Our classes are guided by your fitness rank, this dictates the weigh, reps, or duration you do each specific event or exercise. We use a measurement scale to determine what your fitness level is and when you have improved it. Never again "FEEL" like you are getting in better shape we, send you post workout emails from our software that shows you how you have done in each specific class!

Instructor didn't show. Ran on treadmill. Perhaps personal issue kept him from class? Usually it's a great class though!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
