About this class
This class allows students to continue to build their connection on the mat. Considered "one step-up" from a gentle class, students will find new ways to engage and move, but the class is not quite an all out "sweat fest". The focus is on loosening up, grounding and getting in the flow of the body, breath and mind. A nice well rounded class leaving you feeling om-mazing!

What is ClassPass?
