How to prepare

The studio recommends clients wear toe-sox. They can be purchased in our Whole Body Method Store. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pregnant women in our Pilates classes.

I was really nervous because it was my first Pilates class ever and it ended up being great! The class size was small, so I got a lot of individual attention. The instructor (Laurel) really met me where I was at and I walked out feeling good/empowered rather than frustrated.

What is ClassPass?
