Classical Pilates (Intermediate) challenges the body as you work through level 2-4 of the exercises. This workout develops internal power, flexibility and grace. You will flex, twist and extend your body under the expert guidance of our Whole Body Method certified instructors.

How to prepare

The studio recommends clients wear toe-sox. They can be purchased in their Whole Body Method Store. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pregnant women in our Pilates classes.

What is ClassPass?
