How to prepare

The studio recommends clients wear toe-sox. They can be purchased in their Whole Body Method Store. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pregnant women in our Pilates classes.

Classical Pilates for Beginners with Emily
I took the beginner pilates class and I loved it! It was a small class, just the 5 of us (I believe it is appointment only) and we each had a pilates equipment thing...don’t remember what it is called. The instructor was very good at introducing new moves and positions. Everything we did today matched my level as a beginner. The place was clean and cozy.

Laurel was great! This was only my second Pilates class ever and she helped me with my form a lot. I’m not flexible, so I learned some good modifiers. Now I feel confident in my Pilates abilities!
Classical Pilates for Beginners with Jisun
Excellent focus on the fundamentals for beginners or those who may need to carefully rebuild their strength. This class is a great workout, but doesnt push students so hard that they risk injury. Jisun is great at explaining proper body positioning and offering modifications to enable students to safely strengthen their core muscles and lengthen throughout their bodies.

This class was GREAT! The instructor was very very helpful and engaging! It was my first time ever doing Pilates so it was very helpful to have an instructor teach me the basics!!! This is PERFECT for beginners trying to learn the correct form and technique of Pilates!! A+
