About this class

By attaching the Jump Board to the Classical Reformer, you will receive amazing benefits that include leg-toning, cardio- conditioning and lymphatic health. You will start on the Reformer and then attach the jump board for 15-20 minutes of the workout as you get fit and flexible. Warning: Side effects of jump-boarding include laughter! (Best to take at least 3 beginner classes prior to Pilates Cardio Jump.)

How to prepare

The studio recommends clients wear toe-sox. They can be purchased in their Whole Body Method Store. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pregnant women in our Pilates classes.

What is ClassPass?
