Bootcamp
This instructor completely lacks a shred of personality except slight arrogance. He did work me f-ing hard which I appreciated. The gym is a mess. Dark ugly a warren of odd corridors and spaces. The men’s room was way too crowded in its set up
Bootcamp
The gym was disgusting and under construction. There was a piece of glass on the floor while doing push-ups. The instructor seemed unprepared and almost irresponsible in his decisions.

So Ive been to a class at this gym before that was lively, upbeat, busy, and a great workout....boot camp with Marsha...uhhh not so much. Dont get me wrong, physically this is a pretty good workout, but theres a reason why this is an inexpensive workout class in Manhattan after work with under 10 people. Its in complete silence. All you can hear is the sound of other people panting, the monotone and not so motivating voice of the instructor, oh and the sound of your own inner demons in the silence as you do burpees. So yeah, if youre a sociopath, this is the workout for you! Enjoy it, psycho.

I didnt like the teacher
Bootcamp
Pros - workout was so intense and class wasnt too crowded. Im pretty fit but I still felt sore the next day. Really felt like a boot camp!! People at front desk were super nice too. The gym is very close to the 96th street 123 train. Now for the cons- gym itself/locker rooms were SOOO old. The weights we used during class felt a little... sticky? These things dont bother me too much though as long as Im getting a solid workout, which I did.
Bootcamp
This class was hard but I felt accomplished leaving it.
Bootcamp
The studio and locker room were both quite old and outdated (with leaky exposed pipes) but the workout itself (bootcamp) was fantastic. I definitely felt great when I left!
Bootcamp
The class had a sub- Shira and she was great! She's very knowledgeable and passionate about helping others push themselves.
Bootcamp
BEST. WORKOUT. EVER. Teacher was amazing. Never been so dead in my life. Gym is mediocre but boot camp was worth it
Bootcamp
Mike is a great instructor - positive and supportive. He made sure everyone was using the appropriate weights and took time to demonstrate form.
