Class was in an alternative (much smaller) space due to construction which made it uncomfortable. Good class, bad space.

Great instructor and workout!

As someone whose core is frankly weak af, I found this class hard. It seemed above where I’m at and I felt I really couldn’t perform the exercises well and with proper form. That said, Crystal was helpful in providing tips—I just really struggled to execute even low reps of certain exercises properly. If you’re not afraid to listen to your body and get feedback from your instructor, this is a good low-credit, no-frills class!

It was a decently hard class. My glutes and quads were definitely working. The instructor was pretty cool too, very energetic and encouraging. I’d come again.

Students may bring their own mat to class but it is not mandatory. We also encourage students to bring locks to lock up their items in the locker room. Leaving personal items in the classroom is a safety hazard.
